Fourty Fifth Act:
Title- Kagemusha (Shadow Warrior, lit. “Dummy General”.)

Summary-
The true lord, Princess of the Shiba House, Shiba Kaoru has appeared. When the ShinkenRed of the 17th generation sealed away Dokouku, the seal was imperfect, and it killed him. Takeru, whose non-samurai family had defended the throne, was seen to have great Mojikara, and so he was elected to become a Kagemusha, and by default, the new ShinkenRed. Meanwhile, when Kaoru was born, she was kept hidden so she could perfect the Sealing Mojikara in secret. Takeru urges the vassals to follow their new lord, which they must. However, Genta cannot, and so Takeru and Genta leave the Shinkenger. The new team of 5 set out to fight the Gedoushuu.
Meanwhile, Takeru is explaining to Genta what it means now that his mission is over with. The new Shinkenger team is fighting greatly, but the situation is still a little awkward for the vassals. Then, Juuzo appears in front of Takeru. It is time for them to finish their fight…
Fourty Sixth Act:
Title- Gekitotsu Taishou Fu (The Negative Great Victory Clash)

Summary-
Genta reports back to Ji, informing him of where Takeru is. Compelled, Ji arrives to the spot, to see Takeru and Juuzo engaged in battle. The strongest Ayakashi yet, Oboroshime, appears. Oboroshime has personally been given more power by Shitari, and it gives the new Shinkenger team a lot of trouble. An injured Ji, unable to stop Takeru and Juuzo’s battle, returns to the Shiba House. Ryunosuke becomes worried.
Fourty Seventh Act:

Summary-
Ryunosuke, whose doubts about the current situation continue to increase, is confronted by a Kuroko. The Kuroko reveals himself as Sakutaro (the kuroko-gone-fisherman who helped recover Kajiki Origami.) With Kaoru watching on, Sakutaro informs Ryunosuke of Takeru’s origins.
Meanwhile, Takeru and Juuzou have given leave to all their senses, completely being devoured by the need to fight. Mako shows up to try and help, but it is not possible, as the fighting ground has been enclosed in a wall of flame. Suddenly, the fire is severed by a blast of water- Ryunosuke and the others have shown up. They get Takeru out. Kaoru, who had been fighting hordes of Gedoushuu, also appears, and the Shinkenger begin to fight.
Mako meets Dayuu in battle, and is able to cut her, but then, from Dayuu forms a massive water column. The Sanzu River has started to overflow, and with it comes Doukoku…
Fourty Eighth Act:

Summary-
Doukoku, who has taken Dayuu’s body, has fully revived. Kaoru begins the preparations for the Sealing Mojikara. The other 6 Shinkenger fight off the Gedoushuu in an effort to buy time for her. Kaoru completes the writing of the seal, and corners Doukoku. However, when she uses the seal Doukoku is able to avoid it. It seems that because of his new body attained through Dayuu, the supposed “perfect” seal wasn’t effective at all. As such, Kaoru is injured badly.
Returning to the Shiba House, the Samurai are worse-for-the ware. The injured Kaoru requests to speak to Takeru alone. Kaoru appears before the other Shinkenger to announce that she is stepping down from the throne, and giving power to the Head of the 19th Lord of the Shiba Clan. Who would that be? Shiba Takeru, whom she has officially adopted as her son.
The Rokumon Junk appears on Earth, through the overflowing Stygian. As the new Lord, Takeru devises a plan to stop the new, and seemingly invincible, Dokouku. A new Hiden Disk, created by his mother, appears, and together, the Samurai face their final battle.
